There are no paid employees and all running costs are paid personally by the Trustees. Even Expenses are paid for by the trustees.

Our Trustees are the guardians of the fund. They are in constant touch with each other to ensure any request for help is dealt with as quickly as possible.
This can be as fast as a few hours from receipt of a request
Typically a request is received and immediately forwarded to all the Trustees. If the need is imminent they will discuss these needs and decide if Children In Need can help.
